Eirsoft began as an online only retailer back in 2007. We were the first dedicated airsoft retailer in the Republic of Ireland. As an airsoft enthusiast, I quickly realised that in order to build my collection, I had to import from Hong Kong. The one or two Irish establishments which sold bits and pieces of airsoft gear as a very small sub-set of their main stock lines never seemed to have anything in stock, and they were almost always way over-priced.

It wasn't long before I realised that I wasn't the only one with this problem, and in fact, as the sport was growing at a phenomenal rate, more and more people were looking for airsoft guns and accessories.

The beginning....

Starting with an initial investment of just €700, Eirsoft was born. Our initial order of 7 Chinese clone models sold out in a matter of days, and the following order doubled in size. Over time, we began sourcing guns and accessories direct from the Chinese suppliers, and eventually we decided we were ready to take the plunge and open our first retail outlet in Broombridge Business Centre.

Rapid growth followed, our range increased, and soon we outgrew our premises, and moved to a larger unit in the same business centre. We were named the exclusive Irish distributor for G&G and Top Tech brand rifles and accessories, and garnered our strong reputation for customer service and value.

2009 saw the opening of our second store in Galway, located in the G-TAC Urban Extreme indoor skirmish site, and staffed and managed by Martin and Evelyn Cummins, who have the same devotion to customer service, and maintain the strong Eirsoft values.
